The scene
A tornado carries Dorothy’s house from black-and-white Kansas into Technicolor Munchkinland. Holding Toto, she looks around: “Toto, I’ve a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore.”
It’s said on finding yourself somewhere completely unfamiliar.
